Description

Change Manager required for urgent project in Norway.

You will be working for a large global consultancy providing services to Tier 1 clients

Skills and Attributes of Change Manager:
Ability to work with teams across all levels(operative, mid mgmt. and CxO) in customer organization and external partners/suppliers
Ability to handle and manage ambiguity and unstructured work in order to progress the things in direction of intended change
Zest for innovation, facilitation, coaching and creativity
Ability to adequately and appropriately diagnose customer organization in order to identify and address intricacies that may prove hurdles in achieving the desired change
Norwegian speaker required

Roles & Responsibility: These are split in interfacing internally and externally

Engaging the stakeholder/Client:
Identifying the key stakeholder for change and liaising with stakeholders for the 'buy-in' by involving them in diagnostic process using participative tool/methods.
Helping them to agree the on the changes the organization needs to make and set clear quantifiable goals/outcomes for their change process.
Educating the stakeholders about the change they want to make and helping them to understand how the changes they've selected will impact the rest of the organization(people, process and system)
Helping the stakeholder to understand how the change will benefit the company, which helps building commitment for change
Helping the stakeholders understand how to understand the 'cost' and lost opportunities of not making this change

Customer organization wide engagement:
Facilitate change at organizational level eg run change campaign, publish newsletter or roadshows to communicate change at wider forum
Responsible for understanding, anticipating and influencing customer demand for change(s)
Engaging the Internal Project/Delivery teams:
Working with the Programme/Delivery Manager and Transformation Lead to ensure that the work of the Programme, including the scope of Project, covers the necessary aspects required to deliver intended change
Overlook integration of all the changes that need to occur, to support the major change being made into a comprehensive change strategy.
Liaise with delivery teams to understand that there is adequate capacity to meet the required customer demand
