Computer Futures are currently working with a Reading based company. My client is a leading technology in the digital customer experience analytics and session replay space.My client provides a number of benefits for their customers, including:

* sessions in real-time to assist web site users more effectively
* Discover and analyse fraudulent activity on digital channels
My client is looking to hire a highly motivated and talented Solutions Consultant who will be a key member of the team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Customer Solutions and will become an important player in a growing team of solutions experts. This role provides outstanding scope for career growth in an exciting and dynamic software start-up environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Work independently, or as part of a team of peers, to implement software solutions for the customers - from requirement capture through to final delivery of the solution
* Plan, develop, test and document implementations
* Train customers on administration and use of the software
* Provide business analysis of the results generated by my client
* to enable customers to take relevant action
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of web technologies and applications including a working knowledge of JavaScript and AJAX are highly desirable
* Experience of web development or web integration projects strongly preferred
* Experience of some of the following would be desirable: UNIX/Linux, SQL, MySQL
* Experience of customer experience management solutions, such as Clicktale, IBM Tealeaf etc. would be a real plus
* Experience of Web Analytics solutions such as Google Analytics, Adobe SiteCatalyst, WebTrends or other web optimization technologies.
Required:
* Basic working knowledge in HTML
* Proven success in problem solving in a methodical fashion
* Relevant and proven experience in a customer facing role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Readiness to travel in UK and overseas when required
