Cyber Security Project Coordinator-Mons Belgium- Contract - 90 days + - €NEG-SC/ATO SECRET
A Personal Security Clearance (PSC) at least to the level of NATO SECRET
SCOPE
The individual Cyber Security Project Coordinator will be assigned various demand-driven tasks in support of Crypto Modernization, which may for instance cover the following activities:
- Planning and implementation of mitigation measures.
- Assistance in the planning and implementation of contingencies.
- Providing reports to inform discussions with Nations and support decisions/recommendations made to the MC.
- Provide support to ACO on the Crypto Modernization related activities.
DELIVERABLE
The delivered outcome is the provision of a full-term equivalent of a specialized Level 2 Cyber Security Project Coordinator as specified in the following section.

QUALIFICATIONS
The individual suitable to work on the ACO Program of Work shall have the following qualifications, as specified for a Level 2 Cyber Security Project Coordinator in the NCI Agency Service Support Contract for Area 4 (Cyber):
Skills, Competencies and Toolset Knowledge:
PRINCE 2 Foundation and Practitioner Certified
Experience or knowledge of Managing Successful Programmes Experience or knowledge of Management of Risk principles
Essential Certifications and Graduations
The individual shall hold:
A Personal Security Clearance (PSC) at least to the level of NATO SECRET
A University degree equivalent to at least Master degree (preferably in Computer Science and/or Business). If such an educational level has not been attained, extensive or unique knowledge or experience is required.
Experience
The individual is expected to be an expert in his/her discipline with considerable experience. The individual has been Lead Staff on large and complex projects or been responsible for significant research work.
As the Program of Work focuses on cryptographic capabilities, the individual is expected to have demonstrable extensive working experience with cryptographic mechanisms.
The work shall be executed at the default office location in Mons (BEL) and may involve occasional short-term travel to other locations (primarily Brussels and The Hague (NLD).
