Customer Support Engineer CC- Mobile Packet Core (CIC). Contract role. Dublin,Ireland.
Customer Support Engineer CC required for a mobile network rollout project in Ireland. To provide troubleshooting support of MSS, MGW, SGSN (all ATCA) technology.
To be responsible for project plans, identify dependencies across projects, resource planning, budget follow up, manage the team.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G architecture, call flows & design. Have the ability to write test strategies, test lists, schedule and plan testing, make reports and act as point of contact to the customer.
