Our client is looking for a dynamic hands on individual who can further support their ever growing Endpoint protection team within their global centre of excellence.
The ideal candidate will be driven, results motivated and capable of working in a team of industry experts. The job involves Supporting projects that involve Windows and MAC computers and McAfee MOVE virtualization,Troubleshooting and resolving issues that occur with McAfee software. Handling and eliminating threats that are identified in our environment and Performing administration tasks in McAfee ePO console. The role is based in the city centre of Prague and boasts an attractive contractor package.
Key Requirements:
*3+ years of experience working with McAfee ePO, VirusScan, AV, VirusScan for Storage, MAC computers and McAfee MOVE virtualization or similar
*McAfee Products: MAC Antivirus knowledge, Move virtualization, McAfee ePO 5.1, VirusScan 8.8, Endpoint Security and McAfee Agent 5.0
*MAC Antivirus experience, McAfee MOVE product knowledge and experience with Servers and workstations
*Proven ability to manage a large environment within a McAfee ePO 5.1 or later ePO console
*Experience supporting/troubleshooting issues with McAfee ePO 5.1and VirusScan 8.8 or later (required) and the McAfee Agent 5.0.1 or later
*3+ years of proven McAfee ePO experience
*Experience with troubleshooting issues with upgrading versions of the McAfee Agent and Virus Scan software and VirusScan for Storage
*Ability isolate, contain and remediate threats identified in the environment
*Experience with McAfee query tools and ability effectively analyze query results
*Good troubleshooting skills and experience with Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Windows operating systems
*Basic Microsoft SQL Server experience, ability to create and run queries in SQL Studio, ability to create SQL Views for the ePO database
*Familiar with Linux operating system and Virtual environments
*Proven ability to follow work instructions and Standard Operating Policies
