Sales Director - London - £80,000 to £100,000 + Double OTEAre you a driven sales director on the lookout for a new position? If so then I have a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading Managed service provider.
For more than 30 years they have specialised in Networks, Software, optimisation and virtualisation, unified communications and contact centre solutions. This South east based business are looking for a driven sales director who can effectively grow and manage a team, set out a clear sales strategy, coach and train existing staff and set out realistic sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have:-
- 10+ years' experience in the communications/ Telecom industry.
- 5+ years' experience in solution architecture/sales engineering.
- Familiarity with the local market and the different players, relationships with Executives (VP, C Level)
What will you be doing:-
- Leverage the technical knowledge and work product (POC, architectures, and so on) across the division in order to accelerate sales campaigns
- Share and communicate end-to-end solutions, orally and in writing, to executives, business sponsors, and technical resources in clear, concise language that is in the vernacular of each group.
- People Management - Recruit, hire, on-board, train, coach, retain, lead, and motivate the solution Sales team.
