Position Strategic Objectives And Key Deliverables
- To deliver SAP & business application support.
- In-depth understanding of business processes, working closely with SAP end users, SAP Configuration leadership teams to identify areas of optimization and process improvement
- The primary focus of this position will be to support the SAP implementation teams in translating documentation & gathering requirements from end users from SAP Warehouse Management (WM) & Plant Maintenance (PM) teams.
- The Business Analyst will work closely with the business functional areas, resolving Break-Fix support issues, identifying areas of preventative maintenance & optimization.
- Developing, editing and translating SAP documentation in both Italian and English
DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to work independently and with others to gather and document business requirements, perform business analysis and develop solutions.
- Liaison with SAP implementation teams and SAP end-users
- Design, develop, edit & translate SAP documentation in both English and Italian
- Ensure that requests are responded to in a timely manner.
- Provide business knowledge for requirement development.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with staff and project teams
- Document and coordinate changes and enhancements.
Essential Capabilities (knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Personal Attributes)
- Strong knowledge of SAP customer facing applications, including SAP WM & PM
- Basic SAP configuration skills.
- troubleshooting SAP support issues
- Working in a small dedicated team
- Understanding of SAP technical architecture, ability to debug and technically analyses SAP issues
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
