Responsibilities
- The department takes calls regarding retirement, individuals facing retirement and looking at both internal and external options available to them The majority of the calls are inbound at present although there will be outbound in future.
- The centre is non advised telephony
- Role manages 4 Voice Managers with an overall team of 53
- IT skills - intermediate PowerPoint & excel as produce a lot of stats & figures
- We are looking for someone who is adept at working and managing teams of similar size within a contact centre environment. Busy high volume role, so someone who can be organised and manage this. Someone who has worked within Sales management, driving & improving performance and can demonstrate this.
- Essential to have Financial Services background and that the candidates have experience of T&C which is Training & Competence Scheme, this is FDA training and widely industry known so they must have this and have experience working with it.
