Requirements

Responsible for the development of the Global Data and Content organisation as part of the leadership team

Represents the Global Data and Content executives strategy - demonstrating leadership to a complex organisation being in transformation and acting as backbone of the organisation ensuring operational excellence and processes

Strategic implementation
-
Provides programmatic leadership and input for all strategic plan implementation processes
-
Coaches line managers and program directors as they implement the strategic plan into operations
-
Develop and implement a system for tracking and reporting on the progress of the strategic plan implementation
-
Transformational leadership
-
Provides effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in all programs and services, developing a broad and deep knowledge of all departments and programs

Identifies opportunities to leverage cross-program strengths to take advantage of new opportunities and/or to address organizational challenges

Achieve the organizational transformation targets in a complex and changing environment
-
Lead, coach, develop, and retain high-performance senior management team with an emphasis on developing capacity in strategic analysis and planning and program budgeting.

Operational Excellence

Prepares, submits and monitors annual operational budgets with Finance, manage effectively within this budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered.

Ensures the continued financial viability of Global Data and Content operational units through sound management.

Develops and implement training programs with HR to reach maximum capacit y of all staff.

Ensures efficiency in order to ensure the maximum value of the organisation
Qualifications
-
10 + years of experience and a track record in senior program management
-
Track record of effectively guiding a service organize with a complex array of programs with the ability to leverage strengths across program areas

Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach a senior-level staff to manage and develop high-performance teams and develop and implement program strategies

Stakeholder Management Experience in terms of building and maintaining excellent relationships within complex organisations

Must have a good blend of business and technical savvy; a broad-picture and future vision, and the ability to make those visions a reality

Strong operational, Technical and business hands-on knowledge of automotive data development
-
Enthusiasm and energy that influence and inspire a high level of professionalism amongst Partners, work mates and customers

Having led organizational transformation and programme management experience, including program budgeting and fiscal management
-
Eligibility to work/reside in the EU
