Front-end developer to join our crack-team of injustice, inequality and poverty fighters, seeking to change the world.

Are you:

  • Motivated to make the world a better place?
  • Obsessed with semantics and clean front-end code?
  • Eager to keep on learning?
  • A great communicator?

We’re a happy band of digital designers and developers, wielding our skills for big names like Amnesty International, Macmillan Cancer Support and Oxfam.

With your strengths and your in-depth technical knowledge, we will look to you to create great results within a challenging but rewarding schedule. We’re looking for a proactive self-starter; a problem solver who is able to resolve issues as they arrive, but also knows when to pick up the Bat Phone for help; and someone who is able to see through complex problems to simple solutions.

  • A passion for hand-coded, clean, semantically marked up HTML 5
  • A penchant for CSS, using LESS
  • A good knowledge and understanding of how to work with git
  • The ability to choose the appropriate amount of JavaScript
  • Great at optimising for network & browser performance
  • A strong background in development

    Passionate about:

  • Agile Team work environments
  • Semantically marked up HTML
  • Improving maintainability using LESS
  • JavaScript that is not overly obtrusive
  • Progressive enhancement
  • Template engines like Jinja, Django or Smarty

    Team benefits:

  • Competitive pay
  • The opportunity to work with our world-leading charities to change the world
  • Great hardware
  • Flexible paid leave
  • Gym membership
  • A workplace that is both fun and supportive

    About the employer
  • We’re an ethically driven,
  • full-service digital agency that meets goals
  • for people who change the world.

Just send your cover email and CV to us to get started - oh, and some amazing code that has been written by you.

Something with a Bitbucket or GitHub URL would be especially brilliant. If what you send us meets with our approval, we'll quickly arrange a meeting with you to chat about our opportunities.
