Your tasks:
- Lead the IT carve-out activities
- Interact with various stakeholders across multiple functions and at all organisational levels
- Determination of an approach on a system by system basis and include design and management of transition processes and services
Your qualifications
- Degree in Business Informatics or equivalent
- Experience and knowledge of IT project and program management
- Previous experience in complex IT carve-outs and integrations and strong knowledge of best practices and procedures
- Knowledge of best practice approaches, especially for separation of regulated systems
- Experience in IT carve-out activities related to M&A to lead a project to de-couple IT systems
- Good understanding of IT migration procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and experience with modern communication and collaboration platforms
