Introduction:
Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists, project managers, supporters, etc.) So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.

Main Tasks:
- Support of HFE/UE activities within development including workflow definition, requirements definition, use-related risk analysis, usability issue management
- Evaluation of instructions for use and training procedures
- Generate required documentation/procedure/technical reports in support of daily activities
- Coordinate efforts with other functional areas to accomplish tasks
- Organize and manage their own time within scope of assigned work packages
- Design of formative and summative usability evaluations
- Escalate issues when things are not going according to plan
- Drive efforts to gain efficiency within work packages
- Make decisions related to scope of their tasks

Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years' experience in Human Factor/Usability Engineering (HFE/UE) methods, processes
- Very good communication skills with ability to adapt to adapt to different stakeholders
- Domain knowledge in medical/chemical/biological work environments
- Advantage: Familiar with US/EU guidance and standards related to HFE/UE
- Advantage: Experience with creation of prototypes using mock-up software (Balsamiq, Axure, Pixate)
- Andere: Chemie, Biologie, Biotechnologie, Product Design
- Bachelors' degree
- Fluent German language skills (spoken and written)
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
- MS-Office
