Description

Support Specialist - Dublin - 6 Month Contract

The role is with a leading financial client in Dublin with view to start immediately.
  • Provide technical analysis of current integration and on-boarding processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for support escalations on everything API related.
  • Work closely with resources from different support areas to quickly resolve issues, providing instruction, guidance and troubleshooting assistance during the integration.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Testing teams
  • Work closely with business partners on creating and maintaining documentation for on-boarding support.
  • Prioritize and identify cross application/system enhancements
  • Perform analysis of system requirements and work closely with developers
All About You
  • Java, REST Web Services and Service Orientated Architecture knowledge preferred.
  • SQL skill set.
  • Listening, oral, written and presentation skills and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and planning and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building and negotiation skills required with a solid track record for developing internal and external relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and written and verbal communication (Technical and non-technical) skills
  • High maturity of diplomacy and ability to see and rationalize multiple points of view
  • Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills, critical thinker with excellent judgment and initiative;
  • Demonstrate individual and team trust.
