Support Specialist - Dublin - 6 Month ContractThe role is with a leading financial client in Dublin with view to start immediately.
- Provide technical analysis of current integration and on-boarding processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide subject matter expertise for support escalations on everything API related.
- Work closely with resources from different support areas to quickly resolve issues, providing instruction, guidance and troubleshooting assistance during the integration.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Testing teams
- Work closely with business partners on creating and maintaining documentation for on-boarding support.
- Prioritize and identify cross application/system enhancements
- Perform analysis of system requirements and work closely with developers
- Java, REST Web Services and Service Orientated Architecture knowledge preferred.
- SQL skill set.
- Listening, oral, written and presentation skills and effective interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and planning and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building and negotiation skills required with a solid track record for developing internal and external relationships.
