For our client, a major pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a
Windows 10 Web App Coordinator (100%) (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • Follow up remediation efforts
  • Liaison with Portfolio and Release Manager for Windows client requirements and problems
  • Engage project technical team and release manager as required
  • Follow up issues involving required resource
  • Help to ensure virtual environments are properly assigned to respective application owners in order to support testing efforts
  • Contribute to communications regarding testing and remediation
  • Help managing the Project Stream mailbox (review, assign and label e-mails as required)
  • Identify need of test clearance statements
  • Ensure ACT tool (Web App repository) is updated with testing and application information


Your qualifications
  • Profound experience in coordinating migration/deployment projects, ideally in the app readiness area
  • Very good communication skills
  • You are independent, organized, used to working without direct supervision and have excellent people skills
  • Able to create fast working relationship with change director, application owners and engineering team
  • Technical background supporting a global rollout of an OS tool or similar
  • ITIL Foundation certification or relevant experience in Service Management
  • Experience in virtual, international team settings
  • Business fluent in English, both written and spoken
