Job Title: CRM Database ManagerLocation: Central London
Start: March
Contract: 6 Months
Rate: £375- £425
An exciting new opportunity to lead a talented group of individuals has become available, working within an innovative Charity IT Leader in Central London.
This is managing an ambitious team who have recently implemented a new state-of-the-art CRM. The charity are constantly investing in developing their technical staff whilst also updating their IT technologies in order to maximise and streamline their donations and databases.
Not only are we looking for someone with strong technical and leadership skills but someone who has the soft skills to fit into the working environment.
The following skills are essential for this role:-
- Exceptional leadership skills and communication skills
- Provide support and technical advice regarding and relating to the database
- Experience with SSIS and SSRS (SQL Server)
- Experience with a variety of B.I tools (FastStats or QlikView desirable)
- Experience in importing and exporting processes
- Charity CRM experience desirable (Raiser's Edge / Care / Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics)
It is extremely desirable that the successful candidate has got a background in working in the charity sector.
