Description
A successful DTV Vendor based in Utrecht (Netherlands)are looking to hire a STB Architect (Set-Top Box Architect) for an initial 6 month contract (the projects are forecasted for 18 months + so extensions are likely).
The successful applicant will work closely with a team of Embedded C/C++ STB engineers and will oversee the end to end solution design of a next generation STB.
Requirements to apply:
10+ years of experience working in technology with a focus on Embedded or STB projects
Proven experience working as an Architect or Solution Designer on STB (set top box) products
A higher level understanding of all STB components from Hardware, Middleware, DRM, CA etc.
Experience working for a top tier TV Operator or Digital TV Vendor.

Rates for this position are based on experience
You must be able to start within 1-4 week of an offer
You must work from the Utrecht office or be based in the Netherlands throughout the duration
