Siebel CRM Consultant (Greek Speaking)
My client is looking for an experienced Greek speaking Siebel CRM consultant, you will require excellent Siebel experience and will have experience with either Siebel Application Development, Siebel Implementation and Configuration or Siebel Application Architecture experience.
As well as a Fluent Greek speaker you will require some of the skills listed below relevant to Siebel projects.
- At least 8 years of experience in Siebel System Administration (monitoring, administration installation, configuration, etc.)
- Participated as architect in at least 3 complex Siebel installations as an administrator.
- Performed documentation for at least 3 large Siebel projects or installations.
- At least 6 years experience in production installation support
- At least 6 year expertise with Enterprise Applications 8.x and Siebel UCM, Call Center and Sales.
- At least 6 years of expertise with Workflow Manager, CommMgr, AM, Web Services EAI, EIM.
- At least 5 years of experience in Siebel integration with LDAP.
- Proven experience (at least 2 complex projects) in Siebel installation in Linux systems
- At least 6 years of experience in Shell Scripting (bash,ksh).
- At least 6 years of background with systems operating in a 24x7 production environment.
- At least 6 years of experience in Siebel integration with Genesys CTI.
- At least 2 years participation in the maintenance of 1 large scale system that processes hundreds of thousands of transactions on daily basis.
- At least 8 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Minimum 8 years experience in: Siebel Customer Management, Order Management, Campaign Management
- Participation in 1 Siebel Open UI project in the last 5 years.
- Participation in at least 3 complex Siebel projects as an architect.
- At least 8 years experience with Siebel Tools, Siebel CTI, Siebel EIM, BIP, task based UI, Oracle, E-Scripting, HTML, Javascript and VB Scripting
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web services, designing applications within a portal framework, application-to-application integration, and message queuing.
- Minimum 8 years background with supporting systems operations in a 24x7 production environment.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in analysis and design skills using formal methodologies and Object Oriented Programming principles.
- At least 6 years of Siebel CRM development experience (version 8 or higher)
- Participation in gathering and defining business and functional requirements for at least 5 mid to large scale projects
- Minimum 6 years of experience in creating Requirements Document and Use Cases.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in creating and maintaining visual models, including activity diagrams, business process flow and sequence diagrams.
- Minimum 6 years of expertise in communicating user requirements to the development staff serving as the liaison between the development resource and the user groups.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in managing requirement & change requests,
- Minimum 6 years experience in using Siebel Tools, including repository management and migration.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Siebel configuration: Applets, Views, Business Components, Joins, Links, Data Mapping, etc.
- Minimum 6 years of eScripting/'siebelVB experience, especially for data validation or business process validation that can't be done through configuration.
- 6 years of experience using Siebel EAI, EIM and Integration Objects., Javascript/HTML/Siebel OpenUI.
