Integration Designer & Developer I
Erlanger, KY
Position Summary:
The Integration Designer & Developer's role is to analyze, design, develop/enhance, test and implement basic integration solutions within established procedures and policies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Knowledgeable on best practices for realizing a service-oriented architecture given significant Legacy IT assets
- Knowledge of Middleware tools and architecture (Application Server, service bus, WS-BPEL)
- Create and implement functional and technical integration designs
- Understand and utilize integration design principles and patterns
- Familiarity with web service specifications such as WS-Policy, WS-Security, WS-Addressing
- Familiarity with integration service tools
- Familiarity with BPM (Business Process Management)
Technical Requirements:
- Java or .Net
- Web Services
- Workflow Technologies
- WS-BPEL and enterprise service bus
- Basic deployment topologies
- Application Server implementations
- UML or other modelling languages
Preferred Development Experience:
- ERP Platforms
- JD Edwards
- Middleware Platforms/Products
- Weblogic, Oracle SOA Suite 12c, Oracle Service Bus, Oracle Data Integrator, SSIS, Biztalk
- Object Oriented languages
- Java or .Net
- Database technologies
- Sql Server
- DB2
- Oracle
- Open Systems Development Skills, XML, XLST, XSD, SOAP, REST, WSDL Skills (desired)
Job Requirements:
- Expected to complete projects within specified deadlines
- Expected to work occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Expected to perform on-call duties
- 0-3 years of experience in Object Oriented development
- 4 Year degree in IT related field or equivalent competency
