Requires extensive knowledge in GRC Process Controls application, to handle Organization hierarchy, application configurations and maintain custom configurations.
- Ability to analyze any application issues in Process Controls including OSS messages, custom enhancements or workbench enhancements, Weekly and Monthly housekeeping and performance reports etc.
- Align with the best practices in GRC Process Controls and ability to suggest
- Experience and ability to drive internal teams to resolve issues while creating a structure and organize the activities needed to resolve issues.
- Requires excellent communication skills, ability to deal with diverse teams.
- Not mandatory, but good to have GRC Process Controls certification.
