Must have:

- Telco or IT sector experience

Responsibilities:-
RA Controls
Knowledge of revenue assurance controls, ability to identify controls, gaps, and drive improvements to the control environment

Revenue Integrity
Accountable for the completeness, accuracy, timeliness and validity of the end-to-end billing chain leading to revenue integrity, within the remit of the department.
Managing Revenue Loss & Revenue at Risk
Accountable for supporting departmental activities around the day-to-day management of revenue at risk & revenue leakage, and for the consistent reporting of revenue impacting issues within the Revenue Assurance function and to senior management.
Accountable for the integration of controls around newly implemented products, services and systems; and for the reduction and prevention of revenue leakage by extending assurance coverage in line with the Revenue Assurance Roadmap
Supporting various Governance Groups in order to highlight risks and issues, and also to seek support for improvements.
Ensure that incidents and issues that are identified through the controls are managed through to resolution. Provide support and guidance to offshore colleagues when required.
Control, Process Improvements and reporting
Accountable for identifying and highlighting inefficiencies or risks in internal Revenue Assurance processes, and those external processes monitored by the team, and for supporting the re-engineering of these processes as agreed.
Accountable for identifying and highlighting potential points of error in system data, rules and processing, in those business support systems covered by the remit of the department.
Accountable for overseeing the Revenue Assurance Flash and month-end processes and for ensuring accurate reporting packs are produced, reviewed and signed off in a timely manner.
Incident and Change Management
Accountable for overseeing the management of incidents and issues raised by the analysts and for driving resolution via the incident management process.
Accountable for managing all relevant change requests.
Responsible for identifying and implementing improvements within Revenue Assurance and for influencing the owners of other areas of Finance, so as to avoid billing incidents occurring or re occurring.
RA Tools
Accountable for developing the highest level of knowledge on the RA tools within their particular remit, and for training the RA team in their usage as required.
