Description

CAD technician/Documentation Co-ordinator required to join a global biotech company in Dublin for 2 year period. Ideally the CAD technician will have 10 years’ experience of working in a projects and maintenance environment in the Pharmaceutical Industry 



Role and responsibilities:

* Manage and update a drawing database, ensuring that the latest revision drawings are available for project and maintenance access

* Update Building and Plant room drawings, file and store equipment manuals, certification in relevant data repositories

* Update of site drawings following demolition work.

* Work on the modification of existing CMMS (Maximo) records that have changed for areas that will be removed as part of demolition work

* Update Engineering Specifications, Procedures and Work Instructions

* Support any Drawing and maintenance information request for the new Biologics Plant 

* Documentation control 

* Drawing updates and approvals

* Maximo clean up and updates  



Experience: 

* Experienced in working in highly regulated GMP industry

* Experienced with understanding of civil, mechanical, instrumentation drawings and associated documents. 

* Demonstrate knowledge of a CMMS 

* Experienced in organising and improving an Engineering CAD processes and systems

* Experienced in collaborating with Global colleagues e.g. Global Engineering

* Self-motived, with demonstrated organisational skills and high attention to detail 



Requirements: 

* A minimum qualification in CAD / Draughting with at least 10 years’ experience in Projects and Maintenance is required.

* Autocad Experience

* Knowledge of Share points and in particular Scope would be advantageous
