Responsibilities:

Responsible for SmartCare CEM/SOC solutions sales support.

Customer Experience business consultancy - CEM/SOC business values and solution advantages.

Customize and present CEM/SOC solutions according to customer requirements, expectation and KBO's.

Customer relationship establishment, maintenance and enhancement.
-
Market insights, service lead finding and customer requirements leading, with the capability to communicate and convince C-level customers and senior managers.

Responsible for solution design of SmartCare CEM/SOC service to guarantee the solution strengths.

Support the design and implementation of CEM/SOC solutions, including organization, personnel, CEM/SOC service, operation process, KPI/SLA in CEM/SOC solution O&M system by joint cooperation with customers.

Sales and Business Development in Service Quality & Customer Experience Management Business, SOC Operations and Operation Transformation.

Support Global Business with consultative selling skills.

Pursue Mega-deal of CEM/SOC solution/services.
Qualifications/Skills required:
-
Bachelor or Master in Software engineering or IT.
-
PMP/PMI certified preferred.
-
10+ years of sales/business development/marketing experience in the CT & IT industry with good experience in CEM/SOC solution and big data analytic.

Knowledge of wireless network optimization, Core Network, BSS and OSS is preferred.

Customer orientation with excellent understanding of operators business/technical reqs.

Achievement orientation, energetic, strong influence skills, self-initiative, teamwork spirit, persistency, logical thinking ability, fast learning ability.

Able to communicate and convince the operator C-level team; good customer network.

In-depth understanding of eTOM business process, TAM and ITIL IT Service Management.

In-depth understanding of Operation Transformation Readiness assessment/CEM Maturity Assessment.

Understanding of data mining and Data Mart business model (preferred).

Willingness to travel frequently.

Fluent English (oral and written).
