Description
The successful candidates will be part of a global transition and transformation programme. Your role will combined both Scrum Master (80%) and Project Manager (20%). As the Scrum Master you will ensure that Scrum is understood and enacted, ensuring that Agile Team adheres to Scrum theory, practices and rules. As the Project Manager you will translate and deliver scrum metrics to format proper functioning of our clients PMO including portfolio management.
The Scrum Master serves the Product Owner, Development Team and to the Organization. Within the Product Owner you will find techniques for effective product backlog management and help the scrum team in the need for clear and concise product backlog items. On the development team you will be coaching the development team in self-organization and cross-functionality as well as helping the development team to create high-value products. On the organization you lead and coach the organization in its Scrum adoption as well as planning Scrum implementations within the organization.
The idea candidate should have the following:
Solid experience delivering products within Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodology, optimally within global corporation environment. You will need organization, time management, decision making, negotiation, optimism and results orientation. Hands-on skills or prior exposure to Nonviolent Communication or its equivalents, highly desired. Previous experience working with stakeholders and senior management.
Contract position based in Krakow.
