Managed P&E Project Delivery Senior Consultant
We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to join their project in China.
Position Title: Managed P&E Project Delivery Senior Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: April 2016
Duration: 12 months initial
Location: Shenzhen

Responsibilities:
- Consulting of network planning and engineering methods, process and tools.
- Process consulting between P&E (planning and engineering) department and other departments in an operator or Managed Service supplier.
- P&E projects outsourcing service consulting.
- Collect and analyze planning & engineering requirements from client and front lines.
- Prepare generic or customized P&E solutions for any client/potential clients - solution presentation.
- Coordination with sales, delivery, marketing and research teams; ensure the related discussion and evaluation is done smoothly.
- Generate proposals, guidebooks, cost estimation models, management documents, presentation materials and processes.
- Support the bidding team to output related P&E solutions.
- Support overseas bidding and delivery projects.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication, or equivalent.
- At least 15 years of related work experience, preferably with 5+ years in management work level, as a Senior Consultant.
- Related experience in professional services, including, but not limited to:
-- mobile or fixed networks, core, transmission; network planning, design, engineering, capacity management.
- Good interpersonal communication capability and negotiation skills, systematic thinking and good documentation skills.
- Mature and proactive, able to work in a multicultural, dynamic environment.
- Frequent overseas travelling is required.
- Proficiency in English.
