SharePoint Administrator Role Description
Assisting with support of current SharePoint Environments (40-50%) as well as assisting with current corporate project which involves assessing current Intranet sites, and building matching components in new Intranet environment, with possible opportunities to improve upon (50-60%)
This person will report to and take direction from the current Advisor of Web Design and SharePoint Business Lead.
We do not foresee this person needing heavy coding experience or Scripting experience (Java, C++, etc.). This role will not use SharePoint Designer or Visual Studio. Most coding they would need is basic HTML. Creativity will come into play using out of the box SharePoint 2013 components, K2 Workflow, and K2 SmartForms. See below for more on required vs bonus experience solely on the corporate project, building in our new Intranet environment.
Requirements
Experience with managing environments with highly secure and or sensitive information
5+ years experience building and supporting SharePoint ()
1 years experience building and supporting SharePoint 2013
Experience designing and implementing SharePoint Intranet (front end)

o Creating Sites
o Lists & Libraries
o Permissions Management
SharePoint Groups
o Content Type Management and Application
Basic HTML code
Tier 1 SharePoint User Support
Good Communication Skills
Good People Skills (will be interacting with users)
Ability to adjust instructional methods to fit users methods of learning (will deal with non-technical people, and engineers)

o Gimmal Compliance Suite
o Nintex/Custom workflow building
o SharePoint Term Store Management
