AWA digital is a leading website optimisation agency specialising in multi-channel retail. Central to our methodology is split testing (a/b testing), which involves producing an alternative version to a webpage and measuring the difference in performance scientifically.Job description:
The position involves following the briefs of our web optimisation team to code up split tests (a/b tests), using Javascript, JQuery and CSS on platforms like Optimizely, VWO and QuBit.
This is a unique opportunity. It is the ideal position for a results-driven hard worker who wants the security and continuity of a full-time position, but who prefers to work remotely. We want to work with the ideal candidate, no matter where they are based.
Requirements / Skills:

- Proven front-end skills and good experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX.
- You are equally comfortably with modern shiny HTML5 and legacy sites.
- Wide knowledge of front-end frameworks and an understanding of back-end systems are desirable.
- Experience of VWO, Optimizely or other split testing tools would be a major advantage.
