Skills Required:
Strong process discipline in a dynamic environment. High level understanding of programmable logic controllers, operational assembly/machining line management or in plant material flow concepts. Fluent in English written and verbal. Prepared to travel expected to work 50% on site. Prepared to work off hours or on week-ends, in line with plant schedules. Continuous improvement mind-set. Change management skills. Team lead skills (there are no direct reports but many technical experts who support the delivery)
Skills Preferred:
German language skills
Experience Required:
Working in a global environment 5+ years of experience in a technically oriented IT environment preferably in a manufacturing environment
Experience Preferred:
IT launches related to new or modified manufacturing facilities. Typical IT supported functions/processes in a plant. Operational IT work in a plant environment. High level understanding of financial/accounting processes. High level understanding of project management processes for application development and delivery.
