Description

Summary
  • Designs, develops, and implements software packages.
  • Troubleshoots, debugs and implements software code.
  • May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 10+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular technology (PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, TIBCO, Passport, Microstrategy, and other related technologies).
  • Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks.
  • Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude required.
  • Lead implementation of the Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules. This includes Performance Management, Succession Planning and Employee and Job Profiles
  • Lead the full life cycle from outlining scope, gathering requirements, creating functional design documents, configuration (prototyping) and testing.
SKILLS:

Requirements/Experience
  • Deep HRIS knowledge in content and life cycle.
  • Experience as an functional implementation lead in PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion HCM or other similar HRIS system
  • Experience in all phases of the technology implementation life cycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing)
  • Knowledge of the HR function and processes; understanding of performance management, succession planning and profile management are a benefit
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude for trouble-shooting and problem-solving
