POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Contract programmer for the development of customer software applications (SmartTrak/ICCM suite) for the global Automotive Refinish market)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Programming with Microsoft Visual Studio C#.net and ASP.NET for the global software suite.
The candidate needs to perform the basic planning of program logic, database logic, and unit tests once the specification is given. Practices proper source code control, development procedures and coding best practices.
Capable of learning or using various debugging techniques and tools to efficiently resolve software problems.
Perform quality testing in collaboration with the testing team to identify and correct defects.
Document changes, programming and design activities, test cases of the programming work.
Uses a team-player attitude, and openly works and assists others.
Follows and supports policies/procedures/standards/conventions in performing the job in a safely and quality manner.
SKILLS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 4-year bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or Information Systems
Minimum 2 years programming experience with MS Visual Studio, C#.net experience, C#, MS Visual Studio required.
