Cisco Network Engineer - Belgium
Languages: FRENCH or DUTCH with ENGLISH
Skills and experience:
- At least 3 year experience in networking environments
- Bachelor in IT
- Good knowledge in Checkpoint, Juniper and Cisco technologies
- Client oriented
- Dynamic and able to work under pressure with shifting priorities
- Willing to work in 24*7standby regime
- Certifications as CCNA or CCNP is an asset
- Experience on Cisco Nexus is a plus
- Onsite work location with very limited options for home working
- Have security clearance
Description of work:
- Be in charge of the daily network administration
- Implementation of projects and changes on network level
- Root cause analysis of problems on network level
- Perform network migrations
- Is working on a daily base with (and not limited to):
- TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP and all other protocols
- Firewalls (Checkpoint/Stonesoft)
- IPS (Stonesoft)
- VPN (Juniper)
- Cisco and Nortel switching (Lan/WAN)
- Load Balancing (Cisco ACE and F5)
- BlueCoat Proxies
- Wifi technologies
