OSS - BSS Business Analyst with TAM and eTOM.
Luxembourg 4-6-12 months.
BA with telecoms background - must know eTOM and TAM and the typical business process associated to these and the application cluster.. English speaking is OK - Luxembourg based.
You will be dealing with applications changes, new application requests and you will work on the cycle for retail clients as well as internal customers, internal requests. This is DEEP dive telecoms related so if you don't have this background this role will not suit you. You will have a deep understanding of data and telephony subscriptions, as well as SME businesses who use telephony/packages/subscriptions etc.
