Senior Project Manager - InRule Implementation MS Dynamics - Birmingham - £ - Dependent on Experience.
Our client, a leading Assurance/Banking company, is currently looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to support the implementation of "InRule"; a Business Management Tool that works with Microsoft CRM Dynamics' to manage their business rules and calculations.
Ideally, the candidate will have experience of the implementation of Rules Engines with a strong mix of both technical and business background. Experience of Financial Services/Insurance is ESSENTIAL.
In addition, any experience of Business Readiness Management would be desirable. The ideal candidate will be based locally to BIRMINGHAM as the role will be based in the office regularly.
Key attributes to the role are:
- Delivery focused Project Manager
- Experience of Banking/Insurance Industry.
- CRM implementation experience ideally MS Dynamics.
- Demonstrable experience managing Multiple IT change transformation programmes
- Exceptional Stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Candidates based locally will be preferred
- Business Rules Management, Rules engine, Insurance experience required
- Experience in architecting and designing BRMS/Rules solutions for large complex programs leveraging FICO Blaze required
- Experience in rule harvesting, design, authoring and testing
- Proven experience in translating business requirements into rules format,
- Proven experience in designing and development of business object models
- Creating and managing Business Rules catalogs
- Understanding of various rule execution algorithms (eg, RETE)
- Selecting proper rule execution algorithms to meet functional and performance requirements
- Developing user interfaces which allow business users to manage rules directly
