You must have multiple years experience with SalesForce and have relevant certifications to be considered.
Key experience you must have is reporting and analysis of Sales, Service and Custom Cloud Data Analysis, Data Cleansing, Data Normalization & Data Migration.
Also if you have worked with JavaScript, XML, SOAP, WSDL, HTML, AJAX, Web Services JDK, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, Apex and VisualForce it would be a great advantage
