CRM Manager urgently required for a leading Oil & Gas organisation on an initial 9 month contracted located in Canary Wharf.
You will be responsible for retaining and growing an existing loyal customer base within loyalty and mobile apps programme. Share of wallet through the delivery of CRM communications Support the development and implementation of the contact strategy through markets Align with the wider Marketing team to ensure CRM delivery are aligned against the local Marketing Priorities. Sharing key campaign learning with stakeholders through appropriate forums Ongoing coaching on CRM functional expertise to wider Marketing Community Development and implementation of stakeholder engagement plans to ensure key parties are fully briefed on plan and results. Analyse results reporting driving continuous improvement and test & learn agenda Agency management.
The ideal candidate must have an extensive background within CRM and Brand Management. Understanding proposition development, creative development, channel integration and use of brand guideline. A strong commercial acumen and ability to build annual forecast with markets In-depth knowledge of email marketing principles (preferably within the retail sector) and the end to end process for a direct campaign from strategy to deployment. Excellent influencing skills and building relationships with stakeholders. Strong project management skills and ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously. Strong budget management, commercial awareness and producing campaign proposals with full business case and scenarios.
