We are currently recruiting for one of our prestigious clients, for a Chief of Staff to join their business in Madrid.

Requirements

  • Responsible for the development of the Global Data and Content organisation as part of the leadership team

  • Represents the Global Data and Content executives strategy - demonstrating leadership to a complex organisation being in transformation and acting as backbone of the organisation ensuring operational excellence and processes

  • Strategic implementation

    • Provides programmatic leadership and input for all strategic plan implementation processes

    • Coaches line managers and program directors as they implement the strategic plan into operations

    • Develop and implement a system for tracking and reporting on the progress of the strategic plan implementation

  • Transformational leadership

    • Provides effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in all programs and services, developing a broad and deep knowledge of all departments and programs

    • Identifies opportunities to leverage cross-program strengths to take advantage of new opportunities and/or to address organizational challenges

    • Achieve the organizational transformation targets in a complex and changing environment

    • Lead, coach, develop, and retain high-performance senior management team with an emphasis on developing capacity in strategic analysis and planning and program budgeting.

  • Operational Excellence

    • Prepares, submits and monitors annual operational budgets with Finance, manage effectively within this budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered.

    • Ensures the continued financial viability of Global Data and Content operational units through sound management.

    • Develops and implement training programs with HR to reach maximum capacit y of all staff.

    • Ensures efficiency in order to ensure the maximum value of the organisation

Qualifications

  • 10 + years of experience and a track record in senior program management

  • Track record of effectively guiding a service organize with a complex array of programs with the ability to leverage strengths across program areas

  • Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach a senior-level staff to manage and develop high-performance teams and develop and implement program strategies

  • Stakeholder Management Experience in terms of building and maintaining excellent relationships within complex organisations

  • Must have a good blend of business and technical savvy; a broad-picture and future vision, and the ability to make those visions a reality

  • Strong operational, Technical and business hands-on knowledge of automotive data development

  • Enthusiasm and energy that influence and inspire a high level of professionalism amongst Partners, work mates and customers

  • Having led organizational transformation and programme management experience, including program budgeting and fiscal management

  • Eligibility to work/reside in the EU
