We're looking for a talented Web Developer to join our growing team. Position Overview

We are a technology/language-agnostic company at our core, but have been working primarily with Drupal for the last several years. We have been fortunate to land some pretty cool projects over the last several months and our pipeline of high-end development work has never been higher. Some recent clients include: Virgin, Partners Healthcare, EnterpriseDB, D+H, Numerix, InterSystems, Harvard, and MIT. Do you have the skills to join our team? We're looking for someone who can:

- Develop websites using a combination of open source, SaaS and off-the-shelf software.
- Provide detailed time estimates based on documented requirements, wireframes and designs.
- Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and escalate when facing tricky issues
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, and be willing to learn new technologies
- Deliver on-time and on-budget while following best practices
- Collaborate with other team members including Project Managers, and other Developers. Execute independent of direct supervision.
- Simultaneously code two applications from scratch, using one computer/keyboard for each hand, while dodging flaming torches [kidding, although we will hire you immediately if you can do this]

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or 2+ years of related experience with PHP development
- Working knowledge of enterprise website architecture, website design concepts, and the ability to quickly learn applicable technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable in constantly-evolving environment
- Qualified to work in the United States
- East-Coast time zone preferred

Bonus Qualifications

- Enterprise experience with Drupal across .com/.org/.edu
- Experience integrating with and configuring Salesforce, Marketo, other common web applications
- Experience with Drupal distributions (Commons, Panopoly, Open Atrium, Open Scholar)
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience working at a small company
- Knowledge of Acquia and other Drupal hosts
- Open-source contributions, for example github profile
- Open to remote employees but those local to the Boston, MA area are preferred
