Job description:

At the moment there is a vacancy for the position of SharePoint Expert/Consultant. The organization is already working in a SharePoint environment in the Netherlands. This environment needs to be expanded internationally (Europe). The advisor needs to have experience in advising companies on the implementation of SharePoint, access management and security improvement.

Activities:

  • Report to SharePoint project manager
  • Guiding the international implementation of SharePoint
  • Design of communication plan, training and documentation
  • SharePoint updates and coordination of changes
  • Engagement with end users to understand their requirements and design the SharePoint accordingly
  • Creativity and ownership of the GDO (DMG) SharePoint site for all updates, communication, etc.
    • Analyzing and advising on access management
    • Analyzing and advising on security improvement
    • Making an approval Matrix
    • Making an impact analysis

Job requirements:

  • Experience with the (international) implementation of SharePoint
  • Experience with design communication plans, training and documentation
  • Experience with communicating with end users to understand their requirements and design the SharePoint accordingly
    • Knowledge of international law in the area of access management and security
    • Experience with access management
    • Experience with infrastructure projects
    • Excellent communication and mentoring skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills
    • Resolve and sense of urgency

Duration: 6 months, 40 hours per week with renewal option
