For the migration and upgrade to the latest version of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) we are looking for the following tasks
Database Administration:
- The consultant must perform duties such as installing, upgrading, and supporting Oracle e-Business Suite software and the associated Oracle Technology stack in a multi-tier environment. The environment consist of database servers, applications servers, web servers, concurrent processing servers, reports servers, forms servers, admin servers, and discoverer server environment.
Functional Analysis:
- Responsible for configuration of end-to-end client business processes for Inventory and Fixed Assets modules and associated configuration documentation
- Responsible for the development of functional designs for RICEFW objects (e.g. web services with non-Oracle Applications like PLANON)
Technical Analysis:
- Responsible for the development of functional designs for RICEFW objects (e.g. interfaces with non-Oracle Applications like PLANON)
- Write technical specifications for RICEFW objects
- Develop, validate and unit test solution of RICEFW objects
Profile
Knowledge and Experience
Database Administrator DBA:
- Practical experience with the management of Oracle e-Business Suite R12 and Oracle Database 11g R2/12c product versions in Linux.
- Experience with Oracle e-Business Suite and Database backup/recovery, monitoring, patching, upgrades, performance tuning and administration.
- Expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 technical architecture
Technical Analysis:
- Minimum 2 years experience of Oracle EBS development including proficiency in PL/SQL programming
- Minimum 2 years experience of professional software development in JAVA, J2EE, J2SE, HTML, and XML for web services
- Understanding of Oracle's Application Implementation Methodology
- Understanding of Public Sector Financials concepts and business processes of Oracle R12 INV and FA modules in order to interact with the business group effectively
- Experience in Oracle Forms / Reports
Functional Analysis:
- 3 to 6 years experience with Oracle E-Business Suite
- Minimum 2 years experience implementing Inventory (INV) and Fixed Assets (FA) modules
- Minimum 2 years experience with EBS R12
- Understanding of Public Sector Financials concepts including configuration of Oracle INV and FA modules
- Understanding of Oracle's Application Implementation Methodology
- Knowledge of Oracle INV and FA modules and how these interface with GL, AP, PO, and other non-Oracle Applications
- Good knowledge of Iprocurement.
We are talking about a long-term comitment with possible duration between 6 months to several years.
