Description
As Senior IBM Enterprise Content Management (ECM) specialist you are responsible for the design, configuration and where needed development on ECM solutions on the Filenet platform that are needed in the international environment. Your job is to provide a software solution based on the business requirements provided by our BA team and/or your own investigations.
As part of the Filenet team, you will be part of a variety of projects within the IBM Filenet solutioning. Filenet is a strategical solution for document management, which generates a lot of work to transform all current data storages into this target platform and also facilitate new initiatives.
Within the projects you make sure that your part of the solution complies with development standards, policies and procedures. Also, you are involved in creating estimates for the solutions. Together with Product Owner, Architecture, Business Analysis, Test, Change & Release Management and Support disciplines, you work in an Agile context and you are part of the dedicated team facilitating both Change The Bank (projects) and Run The Bank (maintenance).
Your profile
* HBO/WO level, preferably in Software Engineering or Computer Science
* At least 8 years development experience (preferable Java)
* At least 3 years experience with workflow development
* At least 3 years experience with IBM FileNet P8
* Preferably experience with IBM Case Management
* Experience with Agile, preferably certified as Agile professional (pre)
* Experience within an international banking environment (pre)
