Description

My insurance sector client requires a Programme Manager to oversee an IT & Business Programme which will see them replace their existing core Policy Admin & Underwriting systems with a single new solution.

It is a pre-requisite that candidates must have significant experience of the implementation of a new Policy Admin & Underwriting Systems.

Reporting into the CIO and COO the individual will be responsible for the implementation of the new system, decommissioning of existing Legacy systems, data migration to the target system and successful delivery of the programme.

The successful individual will have end to end responsibility for budget, resources, programme board, working with offshore resources, reporting etc

Skills required;

Insurance knowledge is essential
Previous experience of running a Policy Admin & Underwriting replacement programme
Experience of using offshore resources
Budgetary responsibility
Stakeholder management
End to end programme delivery (design, build, test, go live)
Experience of MS Dynamics, SBS Eclipse, Pega highly desirable
