I am currently recruiting for a Senior Application Architect - Loans/Payments for a Global leading Client. Please find the role details below.
Rate: Market Rate
Location: Watford, Canary Wharf or Cheshire
Role: Senior Application Architect - Loans/Payments
Contract Length: 6 months rolling
This area has seen significant recent growth and as such has been given budget for additional headcount.
The Senior Application Architect - Loans/Payments will have:
- Business knowledge - Lending experience ideally with the regulations that go along with Lending.
- Technically - exposure to a Mainframe environment - (JCL/CICS, Mainframe Cobol, etc.)
- The ability to understand and contribute to environment/testing set up decisions - must be able to look at the architecture and how it interacts with external systems.
- The vision to understand and question the broader impact of the various changing components across all areas of the system and externally - needs to be able to step back review and present back to clients.
- People skills - able to motivate and support team members to get the best from them -must be customer/client facing.
- Previous project development experience.
- Ability to identify where business requirements best fit into existing system designs.
- Ability to interpret business requirements into technical design, documentation and develop.
- Knowledge Advanced Lending Solution (ALS) is Desirable
Candidates for the Senior Application Architect - Loans/Payments role, must come from a financial services background.
