eCRM Euro are currently looking for a Lead OSS Solution Architect to join a team based in Den Haag, Netherlands.
Skills Required
Customer centric and solution oriented Telecom OSS architect.
Domain certifications eTOM, TMForum, TOGAF, ITIL would be an added advantage.
Use of architecture and modelling tools such as EA, MS Visio etc.
Must possess experience working with customers/vendors as well as demonstrate a good understanding of the Telecom Fixed-line product portfolio and OSS principles, processes, technology and application engineering.
Strong knowledge of e2e journeys and processes in service and network assurance domain.
Understand Telco vision and roadmap and deliver architecture and design solutions for the same.
Requirements
8 14 years of strong experience in Telco OSS domain (Fixed networks) with at least 4-5 years leading and designing ITIL-compliant service management workflows in one or more engagements.
Sound knowledge of Telecom networking and telecommunication technologies POTS, BB, IP, Ethernet and Fiber.
Hands-on experience in implementation of Incident, change and problem management solutions.
Demonstrate very good understanding of E2E business and NOC requirements in the assurance domain, including SLA integration into the workflow designs.
Part of complex OSS Transformation/IT Simplification program for Telco of (lead) Solution Architects.
Job description
Ability to quickly comprehend telcos OSS roadmap and strategy as well as risks.
Represent our clients plans and engage in workshops with their clients Enterprise Architects, product vendors and 3rd party SMEs finalizing Business Use Cases and solutions, thereof.
Validate all the Non Functional requirements and provide inputs to the applications team on sizing.
Demonstrate problem solving, solution expertise, consultative questioning and active listening skills
