iSeries System Administrator - RPGILE/DB2/CLLE
Our client, a leading financial services company, are looking for an iSeries System Administrator to join their team on a contract basis until the end of the year. You will have good knowledge and familiarity with RPGILE.
Responsibilities:
- Hands on development with RPGILE, CLLE, SQL, CGI and XML
- Apache configuration and management
- Stream file handling
- Data handling via a range of mechanisms including SQL
- A thorough understanding of managing applications, application environments, control and discipline
- Management in a multi-partition environment
- Use of Thenon SEE/Change
Key Skills:
- DB2 configuration and management
- HMC, partitioning and configuration
- SAN V7000 storage management
- CL experience
- Awareness of industry standards such as ITIL, change management and SDLC
