We are currently creating a new application to replace our Legacy one, and almost the entire team is focused on the new work. We are searching for someone to work exclusively on our Legacy platform to handle various bugs and requests from the business that need to be addressed until we achieve feature parity with the Legacy system and can migrate our customers onto it. We are looking for someone who can dive in, fix and enhance the product quickly in a way as to minimize disruption and satisfy our existing customers' needs.
The ideal candidate must have experience working with older Legacy systems that are poorly documented, the ideal candidate will need experience accessing databases directly.

As a contract UI Developer, you will be part of the talented, motivated, and high performing DevOps group in a fast-paced start-up environment where contributors are judged by results
For this position, we need someone who is a heavy hitter - understand the full stack, has done a lot of work in different systems, and knows PHP inside and out. Someone that knows how to access databases in PHP at rudimentary level. Someone with experience with Object-Relational-Mapping (OTM)

- Experience with Code igniter
- Experience with MySQL
- Experience with Mercurial
- Solid experience with Object-Oriented PHP and an MVC framework (such as CodeIgniter)
- Experience building Front End applications interfacing with a RESTful API
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Usage and operation of a relational database like MySQL
- Good in dynamic environments and with Legacy systems
- Experience in PCI
