I am currently recruiting for a Senior Murex Consultant for a Global leading Bank. Please find the role details below.
Rate: Up to £750p/d
Location: Central London
Role: Senior Murex Consultant
Contract Length: 12 Months
This area has seen significant recent growth and as such has been given budget for additional headcount.
The Senior Murex Consultant will have:
- Excellent proven knowledge of Profit and Loss troubleshooting risk, pricing and market data issues.
- Experience of gathering business requirements and seeing them through to release.
- Extensive Murex experience.
- Experience in MXML Exchange, interfaces, trade Entry, trade Workflow, pre and post trade rules.
- Experience in the construction and performance of dynamic databases for reporting purposes.
- Detailed knowledge of the Murex reporting framework
- Experience working with quantitative analysts.
- Understanding of upstream/downstream trade processing.
- Good experience with UNIX and Shell Scripting.
The ideal Senior Murex Consultant will have experience of production support within an investment banking environment with exposure to both front/middle and Back Office flows.
Candidates for the Senior Murex Consultant role, must come from a financial services background.
