Unisys Engineer - Technical Lead/Engineer - OS & Hardware Upgrades & BAU - Unisys Dorado 790 to Unisys Dorado 6390 & OS from V14 to V16, Unisys EAE
We are seeking a Technical Lead/Engineer to complete operating system upgrades and a subsequent hardware upgrade replacement from Unisys 790 to Unisys 6390 and OS v14 to v16. You will build on virtual platform and move data.
The role requires a hands on engineer - this isnt a design role! The role is based in Swindon.
Project/Role Description:
- An ideal candidate will be doing a hands on technical OS and hardware upgrade for similar project.
- Building and moving data on a virtual platform and completing platform upgrades.
Mandatory Skills:
- Working knowledge of Unisys Dorado (790 and 6390)
- Hands on technical expertise of upgrading and transition of OS. This project is upgrading OS from V14 to V16.
- Unisys EAE - Enterprise Application Environment - upgrade experience
