Contact Centre Technical Consultant (Consultor Técnico - Contact Center)
Bluefish Communications, an IT consultancy and professional services company, are currently seeking a Contact Centre Technical Consultant for a large multinational security company. This position will be based in Madrid, Spain, and the desired candidate will need to speak fluent Spanish.
Candidates will need experience in the following:
- Minimum 5 years industry experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant or Contact Centre/Voice Engineer.
- Experience in managing and delivering complex technical solutions for large clients.
- Proven ability to develop clear understandings of clients' needs and the ability to incorporate them into a technical architecture solution.
- Experience acting as Subject Matter Expert in Contact Centre solutions with skills in areas such as ACD, IVR, CTI, Call Recording
- Knowledge of Cisco Contact Centre Enterprise/Express (UCCE/UCCX) and other Cisco Collaboration products
- System integration & planning.
- Implementation, Change Management & Planning
Desirable:
- Experience and skills in other Contact Centre technologies such as Avaya, Genesis, Verint
- One or more of the following industry leading certifications:
- Cisco CCNA, CCNP Voice, CCIE
- Avaya ACIS/ACSS/ACSE
- ITIL Foundation v3
