Job Description

Required Skills:

  • 3 to 6 years experience with Oracle E-Business Suite
  • Minimum 2 years experience implementing Inventory (INV) and Fixed Assets (FA) modules
  • Minimum 2 years experience with EBS R12
  • Understanding of Public Sector Financials concepts including configuration of Oracle INV and FA modules
  • Understanding of Oracle's Application Implementation Methodology
  • Knowledge of Oracle INV and FA modules and how these interface with GL, AP, PO, and other non-Oracle Applications
  • Experience facilitating design workshops
  • Experience defining and optimising business processes including documentation such as process flows
  • Experience documenting requirements analysis including Fit/Gap analysis
  • Experience configuring Oracle EBS R12 software modules
  • Experience writing Functional Specifications for RICEFW objects (i.e. Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)
  • Experience performing System Test planning and execution
  • Experience documenting training requirements and job role definitions
  • Strong team player, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and achieve results while working under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Clearance Status: NS Security Clearance.

1.1.3 Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience implementing Oracle FA and INV in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 in a Public Sector organization/ agencies
  • Previous experience implementing Oracle EBS for a large International Organization
  • Previous experience implementing other Oracle EBS Financials modules including GL, AR, PO
  • Previous experience using OBIEE and Oracle Business Intelligence Applications
  • Previous experience using SQL to extract data from EBS applications tables

1.1.4 Responsibilities:

  • Meet business objectives for INV and FA module
  • Engage appropriate stakeholders so that their needs are met
  • Lead cross-functional project teams with objectives involving their business domain experience
  • Responsible for configuration of end-to-end client business processes for Inventory and Fixed Assets modules and associated configuration documentation
  • Responsible for the development of functional designs for RICEFW objects (e.g. web services with non-Oracle Applications like PLANON)
  • Lead and develop materials for the workshop sessions and other functional meetings with PLANON to assist in the integration of both applications.
  • Assist in resolving business and system integration issues including Hypercare
  • Lead, develop, validate, and test functional design of ERP solution
  • Assist in the data conversion and migration activities
  • Provide business process flows and design training solution as input for the change management specialist
  • Respond to project management regarding progress and issues and risks

Offer

We are offering a framework agreement freelance based on a full time mission for a period of 6 months with extension possible.
