One of our key clients based in Harrogate is looking for a Senior Technical Analyst for an initial 3 month contract to help them maintain and support their Linux server.As the Technical Analyst you'll be required to maintain the infrastructure service and solution to a senior level of quality whilst liaising with 3rd party clients and vendors.

Start date: ASAP
Up to £350 per day
Your technical expertise will include:
- Proven experience maintaining a Linux database and operating systems in an enterprise environment.
- Must have experience in scripting an automation.
- A strong knowledge of infrastructure principles.
- Experience maintaining and configuring servers that host applications such as; Oracle/MySQL Databases and Java applications.
- A good understanding of SAN storage.
- A good knowledge of physical and virtual servers.
Desirable experience:
- Experience with Web admin administration such as; LAMP stack.
- Experience with Unix operating systems.
- Automation experience.
- Experience with NetApp or NetBackup.
