My client, a world leading inter dealer broker have a requirement for a management accountant to join their communication and services information support team in London.WHAT'S ON OFFER:
CONTRACT: 12 MONTHS
SALARY: £65,000
LOCATION: LONDON
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of monthly flash and actual profit and loss for admin support desks, key responsibilities to review of all costs incurred each month compared with budget/forecast, full provision of accruals and pre payments and other monthly costs.
- Completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliation including completion of key reports on EMEA fixed assets and WIP for inclusion in risk and controls report and complete account reconciliation with all necessary working papers.
- Responsible for various intercompany relationships including reconciliation of costs each month, the correct booking of these into the GL and subsequent pay down of the agreed balance
- Assisting with the new procurement system development and testing during the pilot stage and ongoing finance review
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Qualified ACCA/CIMA
- 3 years' experience in management accounting
- Highly competent in MS software & strong excel skills, proficient in oracle, experienced user of Hyperion Smartveiw/Essbase is desirable
